Shipping and Delivery Information
When you place an order to purchase goods from the site, and we have approved your payment details, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provided on your order form.
All of our products ship within 3 business days. We currently use the Spanish Royal Mail for all our national and international customers.
Delivery Times (National Delivery)
Delivery should take between 3 days minimum to 14 days maximum from the date of despatch. Please allow at least 4 days to lapse before contacting our Customer Service department to track your goods.
Delivery Times (International Delivery - European Union)
Delivery should take between 7 days minimum to 21 days maximum from the date of despatch. Please allow at least 4 days to lapse before contacting our Customer Service department to track your goods.
Delivery Times (International Delivery - USA and Rest of the world)
Delivery should take 28 days minimum from the date of despatch. Please allow at least 4 days to lapse before contacting our Customer Service department to track your goods.
Important notice for US customers: Due to stricter mail security screening in the US, some parcels have been held in US customs for up to ten weeks. Please note that delivery of your parcel may be delayed for up to ten weeks for the above reason. As frustrating as this is for both you and us, please understand that we have no control over current US customs and postal delays. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to these conditions.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order that you place, please contact us for return instructions as soon as possible. You may return any item within 14 days of the date of despatch in its original condition (i.e. unused and unworn) for an exchange or refund of the price you paid for the item. Please note GalicianShop.com will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged. When sending your return please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
